Summary: Includes a live demonstration LAB. This course is only available for advanced students and discusses step-by-step techniques to cloning. Covers topics such as choosing a healthy mother plant with ample sights, preparing mediums and expedited rejuvenation.

Propagation 101 – Advanced Propagation: Clone for Success

Summary: Includes a live demonstration LAB. This course is only available for advanced students and discusses the techniques used on larger propagation projects. Student will learn to differentiate between samples affected by genetic drift and other abnormalities. The DNA of cannabis genetics is explained and the students are presented with a complete overview of tissue culture. Emphasis is placed on hard to root samples, environmental controls and alternative propagation techniques.

• Alternative cloning methods are discussed and the reasons they may be applicable.
• Emerging science in tissue culture and future methods for propagation overviewed.
• Environmental controls and advanced trouble-shooting techniques are described in detail.
