Jack Herer Jack Herer (b. 1939) is an activist and the author of Grass and The Emperor Wears No Clothes, a ground-breaking book in the fight to decriminalize cannabis. Herer has argued that the hemp plant should be decriminalized because of its potential as a source of food, fuel, and medicine. The Emperor Wears No Clothes is a book I highly recommend reading. Jack has filled this book with so much knowledge and information that it will inspire your inner activist. He is definitely a Cannalebrity! Saw Him At Hempstalk 2009
